Description

VIZUON USB is a smooth, scrim-reinforced construction that is printable on both sides. It features a built-in black layer that prevents images from showing through to the other side. This product is designed for piezo digital and screen-printing for indoor application.

• Bannux is designed for screen-printing digital print with solvent ink jet inks.

• To get the best printing performance, use the best quality of inks that printer makers recommend.

• Always build enough time into your process to make sure adequate drying of the graphic.

Poorly dried graphics can cause difficulty when rolling the graphic and stocking the material.

• The printer operator should work with the graphic designer or color conversion operator to prevent

from any possible problem.

• Do not exceed total ink coverage of 250% for LG Banner materials. A high level of ink amount on

may results in change of media characteristic, inadequate drying, and poor image performance.

• Printing process has to be done under real temperature. Too much tension and force can damage

the material. (under 7 kgf)

Durability

Durability is based on field experience and exposure tests conducted throughout South Korea.

Indoor durability is 1 year, when properly processed and applied (unprinted film vertical exposure)

CAUTION: The weathering resistance of film, which is laminated to the top of BANNUX or ink for printing might contribute to the durability of end products. Therefore, our warranty is just for undecorated BANNUX.

Shelf Life

- Store LG banner material in a clean, dry area

- Process the banner material within 1 year from factory shipment.

- Storage condition: Free from excessive moisture, temperature, direct sunlight (20℃ x 50% R.H)

- Keep away from chemicals such as oil and wax
